Activating Event Linkage and Assigning Processors for Workflow WS10001004

You activate event linkage and assign processors as prerequisites for approving marketing campaigns using Workflow WS100001004.

To activate event linkage and assign processors for workflow WS10001004:

In Customizing for Customer Relationship Management Basic Functions SAP Business Workflow Perform Task-Specific Customizing , access the component CRM-MKT-MPL.
Click Activate event linking. The system displays the Event Linkage: Triggering Events screen.
Open the event WS10001004 (CRM: Approving Marketing Campaigns) and select the Event linkage activated checkbox in the details screen. Click Save and Continue.
Click Back.
On the Task Customizing Overview screen, click Assign Agents next to the component CRM-MKT-MPL.
Click CRM: Approving Marketing Campaigns and click Agent Assignment Create .
Select the relevant assignment from the list. For example, you can select Organizational Unit to assign all agents that work in one organizational unit or User to assign a specific agent.
