As portal administrator, you have access to various support tools to help you with troubleshooting in the portal.

You can find these tools in the administrator role for system administration under   System Administration   Support  .

The Support Desk is a collection of support pages for the main components of the portal. The first page contains a list of the main areas of the portal and links to the relevant support pages. There is a list of known problems and their solutions for each area. You can also perform automatic configuration checks to look for errors and inconsistencies in the portal.
