Annotation 
A design-time-only "note" or descriptive text added to the Design board.
Free text inserted at any level of the model.
This element is added using the 
(Annotation Tool) in the Design toolbox
at the bottom of the Design board. To insert it, click the button and click
on the workspace at the location you want to insert the annotation. Then type
your text.
