In this example, all items are relevant for the availability check. Partial delivery is permitted (the Complete Delivery indicator in the Shipping assignment block at header level is not selected).

The sales order has three items, which are to be delivered at the same time. Therefore, they all belong to the same delivery group.

For item 20, only a partial quantity could be confirmed. The system therefore creates a delivery group schedule line for item 20 with a confirmed partial quantity of 5 pieces.

In this case, all items will be delivered on December 12; for item 20 only the partial quantity will be delivered. For the remaining quantity in item 20, an availability check has to be carried out again at a later date.
