You can use this function to exchange a product at the customer site, for example, if a machine has broken down. You can also use it to change a service product.

Enter a dismantling reading for the old device and an installation reading for the new device. For more information, see Usage Recording with Counter Readings.

Define a validity date for the change. If necessary, cancel the pool linkage.

The change process takes place at item level.

In the object list for the item, if there is an installed base component in the first row instead of an object, this installed base component can also be changed by using this change process.
