You can use this function to change the service product of a current service contract. You can make these changes at any time during the service contract. This does not change the contract duration or the contract end date.

The change process takes place at item level.

This change process is defined in Customizing under the technical name RSTR.

For compatibility reasons, the status of the item after the change process is Restructuring (I1227).
