Function documentationMicrosoft Outlook Integration

This function enables you to synchronize activities such as business activities and tasks, which you maintain in the Microsoft Outlook calendar, with the mobile client calendar and vice versa. You can use Microsoft Outlook to plan your activities and edit the calendar offline. By using this function, you can view or change activities created in either of these calendars in the other calendar.

Note Note

A business activity in the Mobile Sales calendar is equivalent to an appointment in the Microsoft Outlook calendar.

End of the note.

Integration

  • Microsoft Outlook is integrated with the Activities, Employees, and Sales Transactions components of Mobile Sales. You can view your calendar from any of these components. This allows you to maintain all your interactions with business partners (such as sales calls and telephone calls) as activities.

    Note Note

The activities created while processing sales transactions also appear in the calendar.

    End of the note.
  • Microsoft Outlook is integrated with the Calendar and Employees components of Mobile Service.
