Calculation of Key Figures from SAP NetWeaver BI in SAP CRM
The Analysis of External Lists uses the two key figures Positive
Reaction by Business Partner
and Customer Gained
.
These two key figures are calculated in SAP CRM, but are not stored here.
They are written into the delta
queue in SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (BI).
This key figure is calculated as a result of a campaign as follows:

The response is tracked through an inbound activity
