The ERMS Simulator allows an interaction center (IC) manager to simulate the results of new or changed rules contained in rule policies that are used for e-mail handling . IC managers also see a detailed view of the resulting actions and categorizations for those e-mails. An IC manager can run the simulation in the background and have the result sent to an e-mail address.
