Account Assignment to WBS Elements with Settlement to Profitability
Analysis
If you need to accrue revenues on a time basis for a marketing campaign, then all costs are firstly account assigned to a work breakdown structure (WBS) element and then later allocated using accrual calculation and settlement to Profitability Analysis.
Prerequisites
A settlement profile has been defined in the WBS element.
The actual costs are not displayed in SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BI) until settlement to Profitability Analysis has been carried out and the transfer to SAP NetWeaver BI has taken place.
