Workflow for Automatically Releasing Quotations
This workflow scenario supports your enterprise processes for quotation processing.
The workflow controls the automatic release of quotations without the supervisor having to approve this first.
Prerequisites
The workflow start event ReleaseAutomatically
is triggered by an Action in the quotation. An action that calls the method 1O_Event_Create must be defined for this. The method must be provided with the import parameter event (value ReleaseAutomatically

Process
This workflow controls the automatic release of quotations without the supervisor having to approve this first. If, for example, a quotation has a net value of under 100 Euros, and the status "for release" was set, it can be automatically released without the supervisor having to approve it first. The workflow "automatically release quotation" is triggered by an action in the quotation. You can define your own conditions for this action. For more information, see Actions in CRM Enterprise.
