Function documentationEnhanced Authorization Control for Case Access Using ACE


You can use the Access Control Engine (ACE) to flexibly control access to CRM cases. By default, access is granted only to cases assigned to the same organizational unit. You can define additional authorization rules using the ACE so that specific groups can access particular cases.

A default implementation is provided in the standard delivery that you can activate or deactivate. If you want to create your own implementation, there is a description of the sample implementation delivered for reference.
