Configuration for the Portal Content Directory 

Nearly all of the central settings for the Portal Content Directory (PCD) can be found and configured in the PCDStartup.Properties configuration file. To modify these settings, you need to activate write-protect mode in the Visual Administrator.

The location of the PCD and the configuration file is defined by the PCD.Home configuration property.
