Tolling companies can use the SAP Electronic Toll Collection package to improve how they handle customer contracts. SAP Electronic Toll Collection offers a number of features that facilitate the tolling service for both interaction center agents and customers.
Integration with SAP ERP 6.0 means that all master data and transactional data that has been accumulated over time for the contracts can be integrated with SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM). For example, business partner and contract items are replicated in the ERP system, along with transactional data such as invoices and EDRs (Event Detail Records).
