Compared to CRM Enterprise, the following specifics apply to the Interaction Center (IC) for business transactions.

Features

By default, certain standard CRM business transactions are integrated into the IC. However, if you would rather use IC-specific business transactions or would like to integrate additional CRM business transactions into the IC, you can set this up in Customizing.
