Procedure documentationDefining the Default Skin

 

You can define a default skin and assign this skin to all business roles in which you want to use it.

Procedure

  1. In Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, choose Start of the navigation path UI Framework Next navigation step Technical Role Definition Next navigation step Define Technical Profile End of the navigation path.

  2. Select a technical profile and enter the skin name.

  3. In Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, choose Start of the navigation path UI Framework Next navigation step Business Roles Next navigation step Define Business Role End of the navigation path.

  4. Select a business role and assign the technical profile.

Result

You have now assigned a default skin to a business role. However, you can select another skin on the central personalization page of SAP CRM.
