As a customer, you want to be able to access quickly the applications you use most frequently, and obtain specific information and services there. The Customer role allows you to shop in the Web shop, request a service, or manage your payment transactions.
The Customer role fulfills customer requirements by saving time and giving a better overview of the user’s behavior. All of the applications that are required by the customer are available in the portal after he or she has logged on to the system via single sign-on.

The Change Password iView is not delivered in the standard Customer
business role. If you want to change your password, click CRM
