Process and Data Model

The address management provides the identifiers “mobile phone” and “SMS-enabled”. This enables the following processes:

·        SMS-enabled phones can be identified as such in the dialog. This allows you to use this identifier in your program.

Example

You can use this feature in marketing campaigns.

·        It is possible to maintain mobile phones independent of the fixed network.

Both identifiers are registered in the phone table ADR2 and the corresponding dialog structure ADTEL in the fields DFT_RECEIV (SMS-enabled) and R3_USER (mobile phone).
