Create an entry for the fact sheet in the navigation bar profiles that you use in generic outbound plug mapping (OP mapping).

Prerequisites

Create the entry for the fact sheet in Customizing under Start of the navigation path Customer Relationship Management Next navigation step UI Framework Next navigation step Technical Role Definition Next navigation step Define Navigation Bar Profile End of the navigation path. Select the required navigation bar profile in the IMG activity and navigate to Start of the navigation path Define Profile Next navigation step Define Generic OP Mapping End of the navigation path. Create a new entry and enter FACTSHEET as the object type, DISPLAY as the object action and BSP_DLC_FS as the target ID.
