A customizing object in an SAP component system, to which a customizing object with the same contents in another component is assigned. The contents of the customizing objects must be synchronized in a multi-system landscape.
Synchronization objects are used when customizing objecte have the same contents in different systems, but in a different format, for example, with different table and field names.
