Notification Cleanup

Use

You can use this report to delete KM notifications from the Universal Worklist for specific users.

Features

You can configure the following settings for this report.

Parameter

Parameter	Description
User	Select one or more users. You can also specify groups or roles. In this case, the system cleans up the notifications for all member of these groups or roles.
From Date	Finds all notifications that the system has sent as of the specified date.
To Date	Finds all notifications that the system has sent up to the specified date.
Older Than (Days)	Finds all notifications that are older than the specified number of days.

Recommendation

We recommend that you specify either a time interval using the From Date and To Date fields or a number of days.

If you enter both a date and a number of days, the system selects only notification that fulfill both conditions.

Description

Delete Notifications

Deletes the selected notifications from the userhome repository.

If you activate this command before starting the report, the system deletes all notifications found without asking for confirmation first.

If you deactivate this command before starting the report, the system displays all notifications found in the results list. In the results list, you can select notifications and then choose the Delete Notifications command for the selected notifications.
