Interaction Center (IC) managers can use this transaction to maintain technical settings needed for IC manager applications, such as the IC manager dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined RFC destinations in transaction SM59.

  • You have defined the Communication Management Software system IDs in the SAP Menu under Start of the navigation path Interaction Center Next navigation step Interaction Center WebClient Next navigation step Administration Next navigation step Communication Management Software Next navigation step Interface Settings Next navigation step Maintain Communication Management Software Connections End of the navigation path.

Activities

  1. In the SAP Menu choose Start of the navigation path Interaction Center Next navigation step Supporting Processes Next navigation step IC Structure Next navigation step Change Organization and Staffing End of the navigation path.

  2. Maintain the following information, as needed:

    1. Assign the profile(s) to one or more organizational objects.

      1. Select the organizational object and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Detail Object Next navigation step Enhanced Object Description End of the navigation path.

      2. Under the tab Active, in the Infotype Name list, choose Start of the navigation path IC Manager Profile Next navigation step Create Infotype End of the navigation path.

      3. Choose the profile you maintained above.

      4. When you are finished, activate the profile.

      The settings apply to anyone who is associated to that organizational object.
