Using Business Add-In BAdI: Information Security in Customizing, you can build your own information security for different knowledge bases in the Software Agent Framework (SAF). Each knowledge base can have one Add-In implementation, in which you can define information security criteria.

If necessary, different uses of information security for a knowledge base can be specified using a strategy input variable for different applications. For example, if the applications e-service and the Interaction Center knowledge search want to access the same knowledge base with different information security, all related Add-Ins for the knowledge base must be modified to implement information security for different strategies.
