Renaming a Table 

Prerequisites

You need to have the required user authorizations.

For an explanation of user authorizations, see the Database users section of the Concepts of the Database System documentation.

Procedure

...

       1.      In Catalog Manager, select the table that you want to rename.

       2.      Choose Catalog Manager ® Rename Object and enter the new name.
