Set the Package Explosion indicator for the transaction type SRVP.

To do this, choose  Customer Relationship Management Transactions Basic Settings Define Transaction Types . Select the transaction type SRVP, choose Details, and set the indicator for package explosion in the Product Determination group box.

Choose  Customer Relationship Management Transactions Basic Settings Define Item Categories , and set the Package Explosion indicator for the following item categories:

This indicates that the two item object types should be used for package main items. When they are added to a quotation, the subitems will also be added.

Choose  Customer Relationship Management Transactions Basic Settings Copying Control for Business Transactions .

The settings you make control the generation of follow-up documents in the last step of the process ("System creates follow-up transactions"). The copy control customizing is checked for every item to determine the transaction type of the follow-up transaction. If multiple transaction types are selected, the first entry will be selected.
