Condition Tables

For the Rebate usage, condition table 017 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR), and Material (MATNR) are available.

We recommend that you define new condition tables in Customizing for SAP ERP under Sales and Distribution ® Billing ® Rebate Processing ® Condition Technique for Rebate Processing ® Maintain Condition Tables for Rebate. For example, you can define the following condition tables.

·        Condition table 522 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (HIENR), and Material (MATNR)

·        Condition table 523 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR), and Material (MVGR1)

·         Condition table 524 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (HIENR), and Material (MVGR1)

·        Condition table 525 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (KUNNR), Main Group and Material (PRODH1), Group (PRODH2), and Subgroup (PRODH3)

·        Condition table 526 with key fields Campaign ID (CMPGN_ID), Customer (HIENR), Main Group and Material (PRODH1), Group (PRODH2), and Subgroup (PRODH3)

Access Sequences

You can define the access sequence ZCB0 for these condition tables with the following accesses in Customizing for SAP ERP under Sales and Distribution ® Billing ® Rebate Processing ® Condition Technique for Rebate Processing ® Maintain Access Sequences.
