Managing Employee Information 
When integrated to SAP ECC, this solution acts as a single point of entry for all personnel entries and you are able to view personnel entries in this solution entered directly within SAP ECC. You have the following personnel actions available when managing employee information through this solution:
· New hire
· Update
· Rehire
· Termination
· Internal or external transfer
You must update the system with the new or changed employee information in order to make the information available for the new scheduling week.
This business process is optional within this scenario. When there is no integration to SAP ECC, you use the business process Managing Scheduling Specific Employee Information.
The system is integrated to SAP ECC.

The following process takes place in SAP ECC.
1. Enter new hires
2. Enter updates to employee information
3. Enter employee rehires
4. In some organizations, you have employees returning to work.
5. Enter employee terminations
6. Enter employee internal or external transfers
7. System updates employee information
