Entering Employee Maintenance
Data 
When entering employee maintenance data:
· Employee maintenance data is entered as of a specific schedule week. If you are not at the schedule week for which you want to enter or view employee data, scroll to the correct week in the As of field and click Go.

The date displayed in the As of field is the starting day for the schedule week. It is initially set to the system date when you first display the page.
· When you save the Employee data, it is effective within IC WFM based on the date displayed in the Effective Date field. The date in the As of field is the default Effective Date.

If you do not change the As of date, you are indicating to IC WFM that you want the information valid starting from the beginning of the next schedule week if the current date is not the week breaker.
· When you either select a different employee or scroll to a new week and click Go, the page reloads with the employee data for this week and any unsaved data is lost.
· You must click Save after you have completed all entries on a page in order to retain your entries. To ignore your entries and return to the previously saved data, click Reset.

IC WFM enables the Business Partner for scheduling once you have completed and saved the required employee maintenance entries.
