Rates from SAP CRM and Planning at the Product Segment Level
To configure condition generation optimization if the origin of the condition rates is SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and planning is done at the product segment level, make the following settings in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under .
When condition rates come from SAP CRM and planning is done at the product segment level, exception products cannot be added to the trade promotion. However, if you want to reuse the same access sequence for planning at the product segment and product level, at the product category and product level, or at the product group and product level, the Customizing settings of the access sequence are critical. When planning at the product category and product level or at the product group and product level, exception products can be added to the trade promotion and condition generation optimization will only be possible if the access sequence is set as described in the following table.
