The update of billing documents from CRM billing in Collection and Disbursement (PSCD) requires the activation of the corresponding features in the BE navigator.

● The business agreement is activated in CRM.
Activating the Business Agreement

1. Choose Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data ® Business Partner ® Business Agreement ® Define Basic Settings.
2. Choose the FI-CA Active setting in the Active Account. field and save the setting.
