Select Forecast 

Use

A forecast is estimated work based on historical data as obtained from volume indicators. Volume indicators are a measure of activity, such as the quantity of incoming calls, transactions posted or e-mails received.

When on the View/Modify Forecast page, you:

·        Select an indicator from the Select Indicator List. The Select Indicator List contains all indicators associated with the selected Org Unit.

·        Click Review/Modify Forecast.

The forecast figures and graphs you see are on a per-indicator basis. See View/Modify Forecast Page for more information.
