Following implementation, you change specific settings for a single location or multiple locations to account for such events as:
· Changes to operating hours for a specific location
· Additional tasks created for a single location or for all locations
· Core scheduling changes for a specific week

The following process takes place in SAP CRM.

1. Review location settings
The corporate manager reviews settings for all locations to ensure they are correct for the current schedule week by using the site maintenance tool accessed through the SAP Easy Access transaction CRM_WFM_SM.
2. Perform site maintenance
Based on his or her review, the corporate manager maintains settings for one or more locations by using the site maintenance tool accessed through the SAP Easy Access transaction CRM_WFM_SM.
