Maintaining Work Areas 

Use

You enter and edit an employee’s work area assignments and view the employee’s qualifications by selecting Workforce Management àEmployee Maintenance à Work Areas & Qualifications from the Interaction Center Manager’s portal.

Data entered on this page is considered to be “permanent” information for an employee. This information is used by IC WFM when scheduling an employee unless it is changed for the schedule week through the Work Areas & Qualifications page available when clicking Workforce Management à Schedules à Individual Schedule à Work Areas & Qualifications.See Permanent and Temporary Information for more information.

 

Prerequisites

You cannot schedule an employee using IC WFM until you have entered his or her work area assignments.
