Mapping CRM Business Partners to Commission Recipients

Use this procedure to map CRM Business Partners to commission recipients.

 

Procedure

From the SAP Menu, select the following path to maintain the CRM business partner for ICM:

Accounts and Products à Maintain Business Partner

This business partner can be a person or organization. This step is necessary only if the business partner numbers in the CRM Online System and the ICM engine are different; if they are the same this step is not necessary.

Every CRM business partner that will also be an ICM commission recipient must be have the same business partner numbers in both systems. When business partners do not have the same business partner numbers in both systems, follow these steps to map the CRM business partner to the ICM commission contract partner:

       1.      Go to the Identification tab of the CRM business partner (using role business partner):

       2.      Enter CRM003 in the identification type (External System Identifier for ICM)

       3.      In the Identification number field enter the ICM business partner number

 

Result

You have mapped CRM Business Partners to commission recipients.
