Setting Up Collaborative Views
As a superuser, you use collaborative views to create views of the catalog for employees in your company.
To make the collaborative views application available in the Partner Manager role in the SAP CRM system, make the necessary settings in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management by choosing .
Install the Collaborative Views application.

Assign the neceesary superuser authorizations to your user.
For more information on setting up user authorizations, see Configuring User Management for CRM Web Channel.
Select the Collaborative Views indicator for the catalog, for which you want to create collaborative views, in catalog maintenance in SAP CRM.
Select the Catalog Determination indicator on the Catalog tab page in the Shop Management application.
If this indicator is activated, catalog determination is supported in the Web shop.
The superuser can now enter the Collaborative Views application and create collaborative views of the catalog for company employees.
