Maintain Security Settings 
You maintain system access and security settings by choosing Workforce CRM Admin ® WFM CS Administration ® WFM Calculation Services ® Configuration Management ® Security tab from the CRM portal administrator portal.
The scheduling solution uses the system access and security settings to ensure successful communications between the Application Server and Calculation Services.
When at the Maintain Security Settings page, you maintain the following system access and security settings.

These settings should exactly match those defined for the Application Server. If configuration settings do not agree between Calculation Servicesand the Application Server, it could cause Calculation or Dispatch Services to fail or not start.
To make changes to any configuration setting, navigate to the field and overwrite or edit the value in that box. You must choose Save to commit your changes to the system. Choose Cancel to undo all changes since the last save.
