Activating the PPM Services 
Use
You use this procedure to enable all the PPM functions in SAP CRM. Unless you activate the services listed below, you cannot access some or all of the functions available to sales managers and sales representatives.
Complete the steps in the procedure below in SAP GUI.
Procedure
1. Go to HTTP Service Hierarchy Maintenance (transaction sicf).
2. Choose Execute.
3. Under Virtual Hosts/Services, choose default_host ® sap ® bc ® bsp ® sap.
4. Activate the following services by selecting them with your cursor; right-click and select Activate Service:

5. Make the following settings to monitor the Sales Pipeline Change:
a. Go to View Maintenance (transaction sm31) and maintain view SMW3FDCUST.
b. Select the following:
