Execution of Lead Distribution via Interactive Forms  

Use

This function enables you to start and execute the context for lead distribution with interactive forms. This function is relevant to the Channel Manager role.

Activities

Select the workflow template for lead distribution and activate the business workflow Start Event Linking for the business workflow template CRM_LEAD_IF or Lead Distribution via Interactive Form (WS15100054).

·         You must activate the Start Event Linking for only one lead distribution workflow template. The relevant template in this case is CRM_LEAD_IF or Lead Distribution via Interactive Form (WS15100054).

·         The Start Event Linking for another workflow template CRM_LEADPORT or Lead Processing by External Partner (WS13100008) must be deactivated in this case.
