Daily Schedule Area 

The schedule area covers the 24 hour period from daybreaker to daybreaker. The time of day is shown on both the top and bottom of the schedule area. Hours are marked by longer lines with each hour broken into four 15-minute segments and the daybreaker is shown as a solid line:

Each hour in the schedule area is divided into quarter hour segments. Each agent listed on the schedule covers one row. When you mouse over the agent’s row on the schedule, you see the following in the “information box” area:
