Select the Indicator to View 

Use

Forecast figures and graphs are shown on a per-indicator basis. You select the volume indicator whose forecast you want to view from the Select Indicator list.

 

Activities

All indicators associated with the selected Org Unit appear in this list. To view/modify a forecast for an indicator select it from the Select Indicator list and click Review/Modify Forecast.

You do not see the forecast for the indicator you select until you click Review/Modify Forecast.

You see the description of the volume indicator you selected from the Select Indicator list in the Graphed Indicator drop down list.

When you are viewing a queue or response rate volume indicator, you can additionally select the service or volume portions and view them separately by selecting them from the Graphed Indicator drop down list.
