Function documentation Entering Time Off Requests Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You enter, review and process time of requests for employees on an employee-by-employee basis by selecting Workforce Management à Employee Maintenance à Time-off Requests from the Interaction Center Manager’s portal

 

Features

·        Request entries appear in the list once you enter the information within the Add Request area and click Submit. Once in the list, you can change any information by clicking in the entry.

·        The Date/Time Submitted is the date either when the request was first entered or the entry was re-opened for editing, such as for changing the status.

·        Click a column header to sort the requests in either ascending or descending order by the contents of the column.

·        Request entries are purged from the Time-off Requests Page based on the parameters set when configuring the Absence Types.

·        Use the buttons at the bottom of the list to scroll through the list when it is longer than one page.

·        Click on the check box next to the request and click Remove to remove it from the list. Click on either a check box with a check mark or the Uncheck All button to remove the check mark(s) from a check box.
