User Types in B2B Web Shops 

Use

The following table contains the necessary settings for the log-on types in B2B business processes:

If you want to use one of the log-on types listed for external sales partners, you must additionally configure a relationship between the sales partner and his or her possible customers. You can find more information under Configure Relationship Between Sales Partner and Customer.

Note the following when setting up relationships of log-on types 4 and 7 (SU01 users):

Set up the relationships between the user and the customer or contact person on the screen References. Choose the pushbutton References and enter the following data:
