If you want to use one of the log-on types listed for external sales partners, you must additionally configure a relationship between the sales partner and his or her possible customers. You can find more information under Configure Relationship Between Sales Partner and Customer.

Note the following when setting up relationships of log-on types 4 and 7 (SU01 users):
