Function documentation Maintaining the Agent Profile Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You enter and maintain the employee’s general information used by IC WFM by selecting Workforce Management à Employee Maintenance à Profile from the Interaction Center Manager’s portal.

 

Prerequisites

You cannot schedule an employee using IC WFM until you have entered his or her profile for new employees.
