Filtering and Viewing the Employee List 

Use

The employee list appears in the left-pane of the pages. You can select to display employees by either:

View	Description
Tree View	Employees are displayed beneath work area assignments. Expand the Org unit to view the employees.
List View	All employees are displayed for the Org Unit and Team selected. To make locating an employee easier, you can sort the list by: ·        Last Name: Ascending ·        Last Name: Descending ·        Seniority: Most - Least

 

Activities

To select an agent, either:

·        Double click on the agent name

·        Highlight the agent name and click Go

The name of the agent you selected appears beneath the As of field. No Employee Selected appears until you select an employee.

Once you select an agent, IC WFM uses that same agent as you move between Employee Maintenance pages.
