Confirming Service Order Confirmations
SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) sends the service order confirmation data and in doing so confirms the creation of the service order confirmation. It also transfers the data from the service contract to Agency Business (LO-AB).
Prerequisites
You have downloaded the XI content for leasing and have created the business systems in the Integration Directory.
You have configured the communication channels.
Procedure
Make the following settings in the Integration Directory:
