XI content for your application is available on the SAP Service Marketplace.  You will find the exact path in the application master guide. To use XI content you must first import it to the Integration Repository. For more information, see SAP Note 675131 (Release SAP XI 2.0) or SAP Note 705541 (Release SAP XI 3.0).
