Function documentation Viewing Requests Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

Each schedule and forecast calculation request appears as one line within the frame on the page. The requests are listed from most recent request to oldest. Use the buttons at the bottom of the frame to scroll up and down through the list of requests. The request information is display only. Within the frame:

Column

Description

Submit Date/Time

The date and time when the schedule or forecast calculation request was submitted to IC WFM.

Calculation Type

Indicates the type of calculation requested and is either:

·        Calculate Schedule

·        Calculate Forecast

Effective Date

The schedule week of the resulting schedule or forecast.

Status

The current status of the calculation processing, either:

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text In Progress

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Completed

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Error

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Cancelled, Canceling
