Background documentation Workload Page Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You can view the forecasted workload on the Workload page by selecting Workforce Management ® Forecasting ® Workload from within the Interaction Center Manager’s portal.

The Workload page contains a graph which you can view in any of the following formats:

·        Total Workload

·        Total Flowed Workload

·        Total Allocated Filler Workload

Using the graph you can review the number of hours generated in the workload based on the expected business activity by the selected area of the org.
