If errors occurred when transferring data from SAP CRM to SAP ECC, you have the option to correct records.

Starting Corrections from SAP CRM

Using a request (transaction R3AR2 and R3AR4), you can request records for a VARNUMH (CRM key) from SAP CRM. In SAP ECC, all records are then extracted for the corresponding variable key and all release statuses, and transferred to SAP CRM. In SAP ECC, the corresponding records are deleted and replaced with the new records.

Starting Correction from the DIMa

Alternatively, you can also start correction from the Data Integrity Manager (transaction SDIMA). For more information, see Ensuring Cross-Component Data Integrity.
