The Help Center contains help and support for users of SAP CRM. Users can access the Help Center from the interface using the corresponding link at the top right of the CRM WebClient UI. Specific information about a certain page is also accessible using a help symbol directly on the page in the CRM WebClient UI.

The Help Center does not contain implementation-, installation-, or configuration information, but simply help with using SAP CRM.

Prerequisites

  1. You have installed the Help Center from the documentation DVD or the zip file onto a file server or a Web server.

  2. You have connected the Help Center to SAP CRM. To do so, choose   SAP Web Application Server   Knowledge Management   Settings in the Application System   in Customizing.

Features

The Help Center consists of the following information areas:

  • Jump Start Guide

    Information for users who are working with SAP CRM for the first time. It tells the user how to quickly find their way around the user interface and how to use the basic functions. It also contains an animated online tutorial.

  • Tell Me About...

    Gives an overview of all the important functions in SAP CRM, such as sales orders, opportunities and campaigns, and tells the user how to use them in their daily work.

  • Your Feedback

    Here, the users can send their feedback about the Help Center to SAP.
